Good prospects for good apprentices
It is our aim to offer as many of our young apprentices as possible a job at the end of their training. The General Management and Group Works Council have agreed on the following principle: apprentices who complete their training with a positive aptitude appraisal will in general be offered a permanent full-time position. It is not enough to get a good mark in the final exam – overall performance and conduct during the apprenticeship are also taken into account. This regulation applies to all METRO companies.
